Reference in Action. This track focuses on the basics of providing reference service, and is geared toward general workflow and implementation of reference in your library. Some of the

Track 2
Reference Results. The second track focuses on processes that yield positive results for your reference service, e.g., ideas on how to market reference in your community, assessment of your service, how to integrate reference services virtually and text messaging. What have you found that is successful and what has not worked as well?
